INVESTING IN THE BLACK COMMUNITIES OF TOMORROW
The William C. and Susan A. DeLaney Scholarship Fund was established in 2018 by Susan A. DeLaney, widow of William C. DeLaney. This scholarship fund provides financial assistance to students in the Allegheny county of Pennsylvania who demonstrate a minimum 2.5 GPA as high school seniors. African American students are strongly encouraged to apply.

Multiple nonrenewable scholarships, worth between $500 and $1,000 are to be awarded annually.
