Samantha Clancy

Samantha Clancy currently works as VP, Human Resources at GNC Holdings, LLC (“GNC”).  Prior to transitioning to the HR leadership role, she worked as VP, Assistant General Counsel at GNC where she was responsible for, among other things, overseeing the company litigation portfolio and supporting the Human Resources function. Before joining GNC, she worked as Corporate Counsel for HMSHost Corporation and spent her years prior in private practice, where she focused on management-side employment counseling and litigation.  Samantha also serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Human Resources Online Program at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.  Samantha has a B.A. from the University of Richmond and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
